Accompanied my mum to Alexandra Hospital today, the encounter was a gd 1.

There is this free shuttle bus frm queenstown which was more comfortable than I had expected, gd seats n friendly drivers...But most impt of all is tt it sents u directly to the clinic tt u had to visit...this spare 1 frm walking the distance if taking the sbs bus, frantically looking at maps n trying to locate the clinic on ur 1st time visit...

Its seems that I m going to a 5 star hotel rather than hospital. The feeling was...gd...dunno wat other words to describe...This makes the already sick patient n their worried patients' kin less intimidating. The facilities of the hospital seems new to me...hmmm but already planned to moved to yishun in 2009...perhaps the existing site is a little small???

Hmm, the doctor's attitude seems to contrast w the friendly nurses n service staff over there...The doctor seems to b a little...haughty?? or is it he is too experienced till the he is ma mu already...so a bit tt's not a big deal attitude...hmm...

However, the overall experience is a gd one...Although its far frm the east...I still feels tt the trip is not a torturous one...
