The extra charge of $11 SINGNET issue cleared...
Although its only $11 but I felt unjustice acquiring an unknown service...so I decided to call them up n clarify the thing...
But still v unhappy abt it...esp the telephone customer service...
1st was handled by a green horn I think ...trying to explain to me that the extra email, antispam service is free for 3 mth etc.........HALO...trying to bluff a kid ah?? Adult this yr le k!!! the service I only signed this mth,10th April n I hav to pay for that this mth for the service of the period 10th March to 9th April...So she still said that its free??? N its for 2 account...diaoz...Bo bian then I jus take as I unlucky n cancel those 'free' service immediately even though I hav to pay it this mth...I dun c the need to pay for the email service when I am still a student not a profeesional yet that hav v confidentail emails..n where there is this big size yahoo n g mail around...
Then they call back...with a reprimanding tone like I m a kid trying to give them trouble...then said that coz the my 1n1/2 yr contact dued so got to pay for the email services...etc...I actually terminated it when I signed the contact verbally by the singtel pple...n the previous bill n online status didnt show tt I have tt service n I didnt use it at all!!!
So its either the saleperson trying to fu yan me to quickly get the contract done or ... I finally got the pt of having unknown service across...still unhappy abt their tone...they have failed in the service recovery process...because I felt unjusticed yet they gave me a feeling that I called coz I wanna giv them trouble...
In the world of services, the notion of customer soveriengty, 'customer is king' doesnt seems to applies in all services perhaps I shall say to all pple. PPle do practise discriminations...no choice...Its not that I dun wanna pay lor...its I never know that I acquired these services n never get to use it...u get wat I mean???GRHHHH...CAnt they sound a little apologetic?? Thought they are trained to sound apologetic!! Must be sleeping in their trainings...or they got numb coz they got too many thick-skined pple who dunno wanna pay their bills n called to giv excuses... hmmm...spore gov promotes us to create a better service...how to acheive like that?? Think a few yrs ba...unless there are a big thingy happens... (like SARS...that decreases the amt of spitting around???)
I felt utterly disappointed by their service... I think I will hesitate upon continuing the service or not after the contract sia...
